2006 -
Design of 65 ft. tall bell tower. Estimated cost: $450,000. Working drawings completed March, 2006.

2005 -
a) Design of 30,000 sq. ft. addition to existing campus, including senior adult room seating 200, expansion of administrative offices, atrium entrance with missions room, coffee lounge & bookstore, additional pre-school classrooms, indoor play area, and covered drop-off areas. Cost: $5,800,000. Construction in progress.

b) Renovation of existing 70,000 sq. ft. warehouse to accommodate new 25,000 sq. ft. youth center, 5,500 sq. ft. counseling center, media offices, contemporary worship center/gym seating 650, and coffee lounge. Cost: $4,700,000. Construction in progress.

c) Development of adjacent 10-acre site, including soccer field, picnic areas and additional parking. Cost: $1,650,000. Construction in progress.

2002 -
Master planning of 2,000-unit columbarium, including serpentine masonry wall, wrought iron fencing, fountains, landscaping, and walks. Reference: Bill Stokes 281-364-1712

1999 -
Master planning of new 22 acre site in Town Center, and design of new 162,000 sq. ft. facility, including 2,250-seat sanctuary, 280-seat chapel, 30-seat prayer chapel, gymnasium, fellowship hall, choir rehearsal, commericial kitchens, offices, pre-school facility, and classrooms. Construction cost: approx. $17,000,000. Completed December, 2001. Reference: Dr. Ed Robb 281-297-5900

1990 -
Review and up-date of existing master plan, including design of a new sanctuary to seat 1,200. Other areas include new administration building, music suite, and parking expansion. Construction cost: $2,300,000. 26,000 sq. ft.

Design of 5,500 sq. ft. Phase III classroom addition. Construction cost: $722,000. Completed March, 2006.

2004 -
Design of 1,700 sq. ft. addition to administrative offices. Construction cost: $200,000. Completed May, 2005.

1998 -
Master planning of original 16-acre site and later addition of 4 acres. Design of 65,000 sq. ft. Phase I facility including 1,100-seat sanctuary, 200-seat chapel, choir rehearsal suite, pre-school/day care facilities, classrooms, gym/fellowship hall and youth room. Construction cost: $6,500,000.


Friendswood United Methodist Church, Friendswood

2004 -
Construction documents for 940-seat sanctuary, choir rehearsal suite and nursery. Site work includes additional parking for 250 cars, covered driveway, covered walk to existing facilities, and re-shaping of existing creek. Area: 39,000 sq. ft. Construction cost: $7,000,000. Construction in progress.

2003 -
Master Planning of 21-acre site and development of preliminary plans for a new 1,100-seat sanctuary, choir rehearsal suite, nursery/pre-school wing, children's wing, administrative suite, 200-seat chapel, kitchen and fellowship hall. Revisions to master plan of existing 52-acre site, development of preliminary plans for new Phase I facility including double gym / worship, kitchen, classrooms, offices, parking for 400 cars and gated entry from FM 1488. Area: 51,000 sq. ft. Construction cost: $7,250,000. Completed March, 2006.
