1982 -
Master planning of 3.5-acre site and design of Phase I facilities, including multi-use worship space to seat 180, offices, kitchen and classrooms. 7,200 sq. ft. Construction cost: $385,000.


First Baptist Church of Conroe, Conroe

1996 -
Complete interior renovation of existing sanctuary, including finishes, pews, lighting, re-design of choir loft, and refurbishment of foyer restrooms.


Tomball Bible Church, Tomball

2006 -
Design of renovations to existing facility, and of new 10,000 sq. ft. children’s facility. Construction drawings in progress. Estimated construction cost: $1,000,000.

2002 -
Re-Master planning of existing site, incorporating recently purchased adjacent property. Ultimate facility to include 1,200 to 1,500 seat auditorium, new administrative offices and educational spaces. (Studies concluded that the existing site was inadequate to meet the program needs; the church is currently anticipating the move to a new site. ) Reference: Jack Arrington, pastor, 281-351-1876.

Re-master planning of existing site, incorporating recently purchased adjacent property. Ultimate facility to include 600-seat multi-use auditorium, new classrooms, kitchen, fellowship space and offices.


Spring Baptist Church, Spring

2005 -
Revisions to master plan, incorporating “Market Street” pedestrian mall with preliminary plans for new youth facility, children’s facility and music rehearsal facility. Preliminary plans for 15,000 sq. ft. youth facility completed March, 2006. Fund raising in progress.

2002 -
Re-master planning of existing site and planning for future expansion of Worship Center, youth facilities, children's classrooms and parking. Programming of spaces completed; master plan and model in progress. Reference: Jerry Castleman, 281-353-5448.


Hosanna! Church, Houston

2004 -
Master Planning of 35-acre site to determine ultimate campus configuration and scope of Phase II development. Future facilities include a 1,200 seat worship center, children/pre-school areas, administration offices, kitchen, cafe, bookstore, and youth building. Reference: Rev. James Bell, 281-345-1182.
