Principal Staff
Thomas Moore Lancaster -
Mr. Lancaster is a graduate of Rice University with both Bachelor of Arts (1973) and Bachelor of Architecture (1975) degrees. His professional experience over the past 28 years has included design of commercial, residential and religious projects. He is well versed in all aspects of the practice of architecture, and is a registered architect in the state of Texas.
Since 1981, Mr. Lancaster has been involved in the design of 50 projects for 33 different churches, including the development of 30 master plans. His elegant and functional designs reflect the high level of personalized service and attentiveness that characterizes the firm. This success has resulted in repeat work for many of the firm's clients.
Mr. Lancaster is an active member of Faith Community Church in The Woodlands, and a member of the Montgomery County Steering Committee for Young Life, and has been a core group leader for Teen Community Bible Study ("Teen CBS").
In addition, Mr. Lancaster is co-founder of Citizens for Scientific Integrity, an organization dedicated to exposing the weaknesses of the theory of evolution, and promoting the inclusion of "intelligent design" in the public school biology curricula.
Steven Mark Santos -
is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree (1984). He assists in the production of working drawings and in construction administration. His professional experience over the past 21 years has included 10 years with Pfluger Associates, Architects (Austin) and 2 years with Goodwin-Lasiter Architects (Lufkin), primarily serving as Construction Administrator and Project Manager on public school projects.
Gregg Peterson -
is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Arts degree (1999). He assists in the production of working drawings and in construction administration. His work experience includes three years of high-end residential design, and six years of commercial design and construction management.
